Before You Start

✓	Have a government-issued ID ready — attendance and identity verification happen in the first 15 minutes.
✓	Download your workbook from the Hour 1 lesson below before the session starts, or keep it open in another tab.
✓	Have your case/cause number and ordering county on hand — you’ll be asked for both during check-in.
✓	Plan for a full day: a 30–45 minute meal break follows Hour 4, and a 15-minute break follows Hour 6.
✓	Keep your camera on and side-channel messaging off — full-session attendance across all 8 hours is required for your certificate.
