Gemini Diversion & Educational Services — Official Judicial Guidelines & Participant FAQs
Our educational modules are structured to comply with statutory standards for family court stabilization, pre-trial diversion, and community supervision requirements. Every course features identity attestation, automated seat-time verification, and tamper-proof verification controls.
Our courses are designed around national and state statutory educational guidelines. However, because individual judicial districts and judges maintain full discretion, participants are strongly advised to confirm provider acceptance with their ordering court, attorney, or probation officer prior to enrollment.
Every official Certificate of Completion issued by Gemini Diversion & Educational Services contains a unique Certificate Verification ID and a direct verification URL. Judicial officers, court coordinators, and probation agents can enter this ID into our public verification portal to instantly confirm course completion, clocked hours, full legal name, and case numbers.
To maintain compliance and receive a valid completion certificate, virtual attendees must abide by strict judicial standards:
Upon completing payment and entering your legal case details at checkout, an official Proof of Enrollment PDF is instantly generated and delivered to your registered email address. You can submit this letter immediately to your attorney, court coordinator, or probation officer as proof of compliance start.
For self-paced courses, certificates are automatically unlocked and available for download the second you pass the final quiz and sign the identity affidavit. For live Zoom courses, certificates are issued within 24 business hours following manual verification of attendance logs and webcam participation.
